Website hosting

This website is delivered through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites. The platform processes connection data such as IP address, browser and request time. Sites automatically provides visitor and page-view statistics. OpenAI explains its processing, retention and international transfers in its Europe privacy policy. Built-in statistics are described in the Sites documentation.

Email and telephone enquiries

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not send enquiries to a form server or save your entries in a website database. Your message is sent only when you send it from your email app. The recipient is kontakt@georgekraemer.de, a mailbox hosted by IONOS. The copy function places the enquiry text on your clipboard only at your request. You can also email or call directly.

We process enquiries to prepare a performance contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or otherwise in our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). Information is retained for handling the enquiry and any resulting contract, then deleted unless statutory retention duties apply.

Media, cookies and language

Photos and videos load directly from this website. There are no YouTube or Instagram embeds, external fonts or additional advertising or analytics programs. Our page code sets no cookies and uses neither local nor session storage. Languages have separate page addresses; your choice is not stored in your browser. The hosting platform’s processing is separate and described above.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please use the contact details above. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
